It will be good!
team is working hard, that is for sure
Giving Prime Protocol a chance to prove its hard work might eventually be good one for the ecosystem.
Sounds really good
Prime Protocol is top notch
Will participants in the prime LP benefit directly from the prime future points program, or would we simple be rewarded from the reward pool allocated to Mitosis?
Its great to witness the first proposal for Mitosis, and some good concerns raised in the above comments.
My query is what amount of liquidity is Prime looking to receive from Mitosis. And in future, shouldn’t all proposals have a ballpark amount mentioned within the proposal ?
The EOL of Mitosis is going to continue to grow, and we should request the proposals to also consist of the expectation of the proposers (liquidity required and on which chains) and the rewards that Mitosis receives in return (APY on liquidity, protocol tokens, etc.)
This is a good point. According to the docs, this prcess happens after governance proceeds with the vote.
- Following Process:
After the forum discussion, the governance proceeds to a vote. During the vote, LPs determine whether to commit liquidity to the protocol and decide on the allocation ratios.
So maybe the initial post is akin to a temp check? And then after voting, we get into the nitty gritty details.
Hi, thank you for your response! We are excited about a potential collaboration with Mitosis. In that spirit, I’d like to reiterate how seriously we are taking security at Prime.
-
We’d like to note that Prime Protocol developers resolved all issues that were reported in the audit cited here. This statement is included in the Executive Summary of the audit report.
-
Prime Protocol does not have any rebasing token markets in our protocol today. Nonetheless, the high severity issue - pertaining to rebasing tokens - was also resolved at the time of this audit. If we ever plan to add rebasing tokens, we will be sure to test thoroughly.
-
The StakingPool and subtraction overflow issues pertained to a forward-looking implementation of Prime’s own custom stable coin. To be clear, Prime does not have a custom stable coin today, and does not plan to, so these specific contracts have never been used in a live environment. And nonetheless, we resolved the highlighted issues at the time of the audit.
We have taken our previous audits seriously. And we take our partnerships seriously as well, since we want to do right by both Prime and Mitosis communities.
Assuming approval of this partnership, Mitosis would be deploying weETH into Prime Protocol - we already have support for this in Prime, and weETH is not a rebasing token.
At Prime, we are busy adding features and optimizing our offering. But we will always ensure that any new code is vetted by external auditors before deploying changes to a live environment. We are in the process of securing another audit partner in the next month!
Thanks again for the interest in the Prime <> Mitosis collaboration. We look forward to making it a reality.
Great to see high quality projects making proposals on Mitosis.
very good job , Mitosis is cooking the right things
The first Ecosystem owned liquidity protocol meet Cross-chain lending platform, The Modular ecosystem growing so fast
Sound interesting. An other protocol at add in my wishlist.
Can we use $miweETH as collateral to borrow from prime in the future?
Prime has a very good track record
I tried to understand more about the prime protocol, but have never used it… im kinda afraid of the rebasing stuff…
Prime Prime Prime! I’ve not used it, but have heard good things through my other discord communities.
Prima is good for my opinion
I may be wrong, but couldn’t Prime be considered as a competitor for Mitosis EOL?
I mean, one of EOL’s value proposition is to let LPs benefit from cross chain rewards without needing to deposit in all those chains, as the rewards are mutualized.
I don’t think we need this kind of protocol anymore with EOL.
And as someone said before, the TVL is already smaller than Mitosis’ so it does not really bring any added value.
