Reward Proposal Guidelines

The Rewards proposal allows protocols to showcase the yield/rewards the protocols can offer to the underlying yield stack of EOL assets. This proposal is highly relevant and important when the EOL community decides on their asset allocations.

Section 1: Contact Information

Put Temp-check Poll
How to add a poll: Add a poll (Mitosis Reward Prop) - Google Docs

Name: [Provide your name(s)]

Title/Position: [Provide your Title(s), Position(s) or relation to the proposing organization]

Organization Member Telegram: [OPTIONAL: Provide the telegram address of the organization member submitting the proposal]

Email: [Provide an email address for the organization]

Section 2: General Information

Candidate Proposal Link: [Provide the link to the associated candidate proposal]

Website Link: [Provide the Protocol Link]

Discord Link: [Provide the Official Discord Server Link]

Twitter Link: [Provide the Official Company Twitter]

Telegram Link: [OPTIONAL: Provide a link for the Official Community Telegram Channel]

Fundraising Information: [If applicable, Provide the date, amount, current round and investor information]

Auditor information: [Provide a link to smart contract audit or other risk reports]

Section 3: Liquidity Management

Operational Procedures: [Provide details on the liquidity flow. Please explain in as much detail as possible how the intended EOL asset gets deployed into which protocol product/smart contract.]

Fee Structures: [Breakdown of all associated fees and conditions, if any.]

Risk Management and Loss Handling: [Your protocol’s official procedures and policies for risk management and recording/compensating losses.]

Section 4: Yields and Rewards

Yields and Rewards Offered: [Provide information regarding points, token emissions, yield or any relevant yield sources that’ll apply to EOL assets if deposited into the proposed strategy and protocol(s). Please include details such as point boost multipliers, APY (from fees or interest), and other relevant offerings.]

Distribution Mechanism: [Provide specifics on reward distribution intervals, thresholds, and triggers. Especially for point rewards, please include details on how the underlying point earnings (e.g., EtherFi Loyalty Points) are calculated and distributed. Taking lending protocols as an example, who gets the EtherFi points for weETH? Is it the depositor (i.e., Mitosis EOL contract), the borrower (i.e., users who have collateral, borrow weETH, and now have weETH), or both? If not both, how is the point allocation between the depositors and borrowers managed? E.g. based on the % of assets lent out?]

Reward Tranches: [Mitosis strongly encourages protocols to offer different reward offerings based on the % of total addressable EOL assets allocated to your protocol. For example, if your protocol can receive weETH on Linea, propose a reward scheme that scales with the % of total weETH that EOL has on Linea (e.g., 1.0x point boost for <5%, 1.5x for 5%~10%, and so on) increases the relative competitiveness of your protocol when attracting liquidity.]

Compounding, Claiming, and Distribution Policies: [Any other important reward-related policies which all EOL LPs must be aware of.]

Section 5: Yield and Rewards Justification

[Provide information regarding the history of past yield (fees/interest) for this protocol, if applicable. This can include references to metrics regarding yield or rewards from dashboards, leaderboards, and other data platforms as long as a verifiable and trusted source is provided. Additionally, different rewards, such as tokens or points, justify why the yield and rewards are sufficient for Mitosis EOL. Please clarify which tokens are relevant for reward, if applicable, and supply documentation regarding tokenomics for better understanding.]

[OPTIONAL: Providing the tools to query information, such as points from an API, will sufficiently decrease ambiguity, resulting in better-informed governance participants.]

Section 6: Technical Information

[Is there public documentation and (or) an open-source GitHub repository for the protocol? If yes, please provide the links. If not, please provide the contract source code, address, and interface. Please also provide an explanation of the codebase and additional information (e.g., diagrams).]

Section 7: Acknowledgements
